A clean crop in three steps.

  1. Open one multi-page PDF. Use the same page size and label position throughout the batch.
  2. Select the label. Drag the green area or its corners. Review other pages with the arrows. Keep the complete barcode and its surrounding white space.
  3. Download and print. Your selection is applied to every page and fitted proportionally onto 4 × 6 (or 6 × 4) inch paper. Print the result at 100% / Actual size.

A deliberately small tool

Up to 200 pages and 50 MB per PDF. One label per page, in a consistent position. Password-protected PDFs, mixed page sizes, optional layers, and printable form fields need to be prepared first. LabelCrop crops existing labels; it does not buy postage or create tracking numbers.
